Refund Policy

Betheaces is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If our product has any problem, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date--WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

1. Email at service@betheaces.com.

2. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.

3. With your order number to receive your return authorization. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. our email address is service@betheaces.com.

4. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will refund your payment within 2~3 days. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse, please be patient.

5.The item(s) back from you without proper packaging. Betheaces retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to our warehouse.

6. This warranty does not apply to: (a) consumable parts, such as batteries, or protective coatings designed to diminish over time unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) damage caused by use with non-Betheaces products; (c) loss of the product (d) damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature; incorrect electrical line voltage, fluctuations or surges; damage caused by improper installation; product alteration or modification; improper or unauthorised repair; exterior finish or cosmetic damage; (e) damage caused by operating outside the intended (f) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the POWERUP product.
